feat(i2c): 添加时钟显示功能并实现信息切换

在状态显示脚本中添加时钟显示功能,并实现系统信息和时钟每5秒自动切换显示
删除不再使用的env.cfg配置文件
新增独立的时钟显示脚本clock.py
