chore: 更新多个服务的镜像版本配置

Browse Source 
- 将IMAGE_TAG拆分为IMAGE_TAG_VER和IMAGE_TAG变量
- 统一使用变量引用方式配置镜像版本
- 更新drawnix、ntfy、dufs和VaultWarden服务的镜像版本
