feat(disk_inspection): 增强硬盘巡检功能并优化报告格式
- 添加对smartctl日志格式的适配,支持更多设备信息提取 - 重构报告生成逻辑,增加详细设备信息和错误统计 - 优化MCP服务器提交数据的格式和错误处理 - 添加配置常量集中管理参数 - 更新.gitignore忽略smartctl日志文件
