ci(builder/golang): 更新GOPROXY环境变量以支持直接访问

在Golang构建配置中，将GOPROXY环境变量从`https://goproxy.cn`更新为`https://goproxy.cn,direct`，以支持在代理不可用时直接访问原始资源，提高构建的可靠性。
