feat: 添加mynat项目的配置文件和环境设置

添加了env.cfg、stack.yml和config.toml文件，用于配置mynat项目的镜像标签、卷路径、服务设置和应用程序配置。这些文件为项目的部署和运行提供了必要的配置支持。
